Katherine M. Olson
Ms. Olson joined Messer Strickler, Ltd. as an associate in 2012. She is a graduate of the Depaul College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Olson primarily focuses on business litigation, breach of contract, creditor’s rights, and consumer defense litigation.
Ms. Olson has defended both individual and class action lawsuits involving state and federal consumer laws such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and the Illinois Collection Agency Act.
