Mr. Borozan joined Messer Strickler, Ltd. as an associate in 2016. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law where he was a delegate of the Moot Court team and engaged in external trial competitions as a dedicated member of the Trial Advocate Society. He concentrates his practice in business litigation, employment law, creditor’s rights, and consumer defense litigation.
Since joining Messer Strickler, Ltd., Mr. Borozan has defended lawsuits involving breach of contract as well as both individual and class action lawsuits involving state and federal consumer laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
